The registration fee for members (certified, career starter certified, associate, retired certified, honorary, international certified, international non-certified, and certified students) includes admission to all educational sessions except Advanced Track Seminars, Minicourses and pre-conference settings workshops. Registration fees can be found above.
Due to limited availability, pre-registration is required for Special Topics, Learning Labs and Peer-to-Peer Discussions.
Students
Non-certified students are eligible to attend the Athletic Training Student Seminar, Feature Presentations and Sessions. Pre-conference settings workshops are also available for an additional charge.
Non-Members
Non-members are eligible to attend Feature Presentations, Sessions and Free Communications as well as Advanced Track Seminars and Minicourses for an extra charge.
Guests/Children
Although there is no charge for guests and children, they must be registered to attend. A Child Release Form must be completed for children under 18. Adult guests and children 12+ will receive a convention badge. A child verification card will be issued for children 11 and under. Guests and children may attend the Opening Day Reception, the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and the General Session.
The NATA Trade Show is open to guests, children 12 and older and infants during unrestricted hours. Strollers are not allowed on the show floor. Children must be accompanied by an adult registrant.
Guests are not permitted to attend educational programming.

Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)
Attendees who participate in all three days of the NATA 63rd Annual Meeting & Clinical Symposia will earn 24 CEUs. Additional CEUs can be earned by attending Minicourses (1 CEU each), Advanced Track Seminars (4 or 6 CEUs) and pre-conference settings workshops.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refund requests must be sent in writing (membership@nata.org if by e-mail) to the NATA office and will be processed no later than eight weeks after the last day of the Annual Meeting. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the payment received.
NATA will offer a full refund of registration fees until midnight on May 15, 2012. From May 16, 2012 to June 15, 2012, refunds will be granted less a $25 administrative fee – or attendees can choose to apply their full payment (no $25 fee) to the following year’s Annual Meeting. Beginning June 16, 2011, attendees will only be given the option of applying their full payment to the following year’s Annual Meeting.
